Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sirah | سيرة (sirah.store), a career-services platform operated by Fahad Al Muaibid ("Fahad", "we", "us"). By creating an account, continuing as a guest, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Sirah is a one-provider career-services platform. Fahad personally delivers every service ordered through the site: CV Writing, CV + LinkedIn, Mock Interview (10 or 20 Q/A), Recruiter Consultation, and the Full Bundle. Current services and pricing are shown on the homepage and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you confirm your order.

You may use Sirah either by creating a full account (email and password, or Google sign-in) or by continuing as a guest, which only requires your name and phone number when you place an order.

You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, ordering, or filling in your CV details — inaccurate information may delay or affect the quality of the service you receive.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Sirah.

To order, select a service and confirm — this creates your request and opens a chat with Fahad. Payment is made by bank transfer to Fahad's Al Rajhi Bank account; the IBAN is shared with you in the chat. Sirah does not process online payments and never collects your card or bank login details.

After transferring, upload a photo of your receipt in the chat. Fahad confirms payment and begins work once it's received — work does not start before payment is confirmed.

You may cancel a request free of charge at any time before payment is confirmed, simply by telling Fahad in the chat.

Once payment is confirmed and work has begun, the service fee is generally non-refundable, since Fahad's time has already been committed to your request. If you believe there's a problem with the service delivered, contact Fahad directly in the chat or at hr44recruiter@gmail.com — refund and revision requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at his discretion.

Sirah provides career-preparation services — writing, coaching, and consultation. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed, or hired for any position. Hiring decisions are made entirely by employers and are outside our control.

When using the chat, planner, and other features, you agree not to: submit false or misleading information about yourself; upload content you don't have the right to share; harass, threaten, or abuse Fahad or attempt to access other clients' data; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Once you've paid in full for a service, the CV, LinkedIn content, or other deliverable Fahad produces for you is yours to use as you wish.

The Sirah name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Fahad Al Muaibid and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Sirah is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Fahad and Sirah are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any hiring or career outcome. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves; we'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Sirah after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from your use of Sirah will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
